Your day begins with a hearty breakfast. After a short drive to the field, your personal bird boy sets up your blind. As the sun rises, the skies fill with thousands of doves — fast, thrilling, and nonstop.
At noon, pause for a traditional Argentine asado served in the field — premium meats, fresh salads, and Malbec under the trees. The perfect moment to recharge, relax, and share stories with your group.
After lunch, the shooting remains fast-paced. Our team assists to ensure comfort and smooth transitions throughout the afternoon — passing rounds and waves of birds from every direction.
Back at the lodge, enjoy cocktails, cigars, and stories by the fire. Dinner is a gourmet three-course meal with local flavors and wine pairings — a perfect ending to a perfect day.
